How long will it take to receive my rug?

Unless stated otherwise on our web site, please expect delivery of your order(s) in approximately 7-10 business days. If your rug is backordered, we will contact you by phone or email to give you a status of the expected delivery time frame.Braided rugs by Colonial Mills and products by Carpet Art Deco may require 2-4 weeks delivery time.

Are your rugs first quality or factory seconds?

All rugs from NilimaRugs.com are of first quality. We do not sell factory seconds or previously used products.All rugs delivered are brand new and sealed in the manufacturers shipping materials.

What do I do if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you find any damages you may refuse the delivery and contact us so we can immediately ship you a replacement rug at no additional cost.

Where can I find Coupons and Promotions?

Coupons are generally distributed by emails to our existing customers or to our new email mailing list subscribers.No,promotions can not be combined.Only one promotion can be used with a transaction.

Can I order a catalogue from you?

NilimaRugs.com presently does not offer a catalogue.Please sign up for our mailinng list,we will inform you when we send our first release of catalogues.

How much are shipping & Delivery Charges?

All items sold come with FREE shipping in the continental United States. This includes area rugs, rug padding.We charge $3 non-refundable Handling Fee on each order.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax only applies to New Jersey State residents. The New Jersey sale tax rate is 7%. All orders placed outside of the state of New Jersey are not required to pay sales tax.

Do you guarantee the lowest prices on your products?

NilimaRugs.com guarantees the lowest prices possible on all our products. If you happen to find any product we sell listed on any other website, print add or catalogue at a price less than we have advertised, we guarantee to beat that price.Note: We do not match prices on products on Special sale or closeouts.

Although colors may vary but the images are general representation of the product. You may call us directly at 1-800-704-0692 if you have specific color questions.The images displayed are of the best possible quality and come direct from the manufacturers of the products themselves.

At this time NilimaRugs.com only accepts orders from within the United States.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

NilimaRugs.com is an exclusive online area rug store. We are planning our first Brick and Mortar store in New Jersey in near future.
